Conference Centre
With an ambiance of its own, our unique Conference Centre is the ideal place to hold your conferences, board meetings, exhibitions, product launches and much more.
-With a variety of rooms suitable for up to 400 delegates, we can accommodate a variety of layouts, including:
• Theatre
• Cabaret
• Classroom
• Boardroom
Our day delegate rates are very competitive and include a mouth watering two course buffet and up to three servings of refreshments.
Price also includes standard equipment as complimentary, with the option to hire additional extras if required. All of our facilities have disabled access and ample free car parking.
The Nelson Suite
Situated on the first floor of our Grandstand, suitable for between 50 and 400 delegates featuring:

• Panoramic views overlooking the racecourse

• Natural daylight with full blackout blinds

• High level monitors with dual video
Exhibition Hall
On the ground floor of our Grandstand, suitable for exhibitions or trade shows such as car launches, property sales etc.
Club Room
Adjacent to the executive boxes and incorporating the Owners and Trainers Lounge, suitable for 30 to 120 delegates featuring:

Executive Boxes
Ideal for interviews, board meetings or as breakout rooms for larger conferences for 4 to 30 delegates, set out to your choice -with views overlooking the racecourse.
Premier Suite
Our newest addition, this room can accommodate up to 80 delegates. This suite has been specifically designed for smaller, more intimate meetings but can also serve as a breakout or syndicate room. Conveniently situated below the Executive Boxes and next to the Club terrace - it is the perfect space to compliment your conference or event.
All of our function suites are equipped with WiFi, full black out potential as well as natural daylight. Plasma screens and complimentary car parking for your convenience.
Banqueting & Other Events
In addition to our 32 race days we are also the perfect venue for weddings, birthday celebrations, exhibitions, firework displays and much, much more. Our Rainbows Charity bonfire night will be taking place on 2nd November 2013.
We are also pleased to announce that we now have 2 civil wedding licences so you can get married in the Grandstand or the Owners & Trainers lounge. Thereby enjoying your day in one place.
